You can make your payment through your credit card with the selected payment methods: Credit card (Visa / MasterCard / Maestro), Klarna (immediate payment or later payment are possible) and Paypal Google Pay / Apple Pay (with Express Checkout).
All our payment methods are interest free.
Cash payment: We do not have a cash option and the possibility to pay at the door.
The infrastructure of our payment system is provided by Shopify, a Canadian multinational e-commerce company. All credit card information is sent to the bank encrypted using a secure SSL system. As Normod , we are unable to view any payment information. And for other payment options, see below.
Credit Card: You can pay directly with your credit card on your payment page. Your payment will be completed through our payment system provided by Shopify.
Paypal: After completing your order, we will redirect you to the PayPal page. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in to your account with your user information and make the payment. If you are already registered with Paypal, you can quickly use the express checkout and place your order.
Klarna: After completing your order, we will redirect you to the Klarna page. If you are already a Klarna customer, you can log in to your account with your user data and make the payment. Klarna provides the option "Pay now" or "Pay later". Which option you choose is up to you.
Google Pay: If you have already registered with Google Pay, you can quickly use Express Checkout and place your order. If you have registered with Google Pay, your personal and credit information is already stored in the system. This option is only available on the first page of your payment confirmation.
Delivery is free of charge for orders of €500 or more. For orders under €500 (excluding orders for fabric samples), delivery costs €40.
We deliver to your door with appointment delivery.
The installation of the products is the responsibility of the customer and all necessary parts are included in the packaging. An adult can do the installation in an average of 20 minutes without tools. We still recommend 2 people to do it together quickly and with a lot of fun.
All Normod products are supplied with installation brochures. You can obtain detailed information and instruction videos on installation via the QR code in our brochures or here.

Your products will be delivered within 2 weeks on average. If you want a special module combination that is not in stock, it can take up to 6 - 8 weeks. When your product is ready, we will deliver it packed to your home. While your products are being prepared, we will send you a live tracking link. You can follow the process of your product through the link. Once it is packed and on its way, you will receive an estimated delivery day. We will call you a day in advance to schedule an appointment and let you know the estimated arrival date. We will also call you 1 hour before arrival to let you know!

We prepare our products with measurements accurate to the millimeter and we deliver only after quality control. However, we may have a small margin of error. If you take a photo of the product and send an email to info@normod.de to identify the problem, we will be glad to help you immediately.
Note: When developing our products, we place great emphasis on wearing comfort. Since very high fiber and high elastic premium sponges are used, the seams may not be in the form of straight lines. However, if you contact us, we will be happy to help you.
While the warranty period for a standard piece of furniture is 2 years, we can increase it to 5 years for Normod thanks to the perfect combination of design, quality and workmanship.
The chair Normod has a 5-year material warranty. This warranty applies to the skeleton, the sponge and the steel spring system. The fabric is excluded from this warranty because it wears out through use. Deformations due to improper use (fall, impact, breakage, damage, tearing, etc.) are also not covered by the warranty.

You can choose your Normod from 2 different legs (conical or cylindrical) and color options. After you put your sofa into use, you can order a leg in a different color and insert the new legs.
All Normod products consist of 1', 1.5', 2', 3', rest, corner and arm modules. All module combinations may not be available on the website. However, you can add and remove different modules in the type and quantity you desire. Our modular solutions are also suitable for sizes that are not listed on the website. Yes. If your product is not yet on its way to you, you can cancel at any time and receive your refund immediately. You can request your cancellation via this form request.
We are very sorry that we could not provide you with a perfect experience. With this form you can submit a request for return. We will initiate the approval process once we receive your request.
Once we receive your return form, we will call you to initiate the return process. We accept your return with understanding if the product has no deformation due to improper use (fall, impact, breakage, deterioration, crack, etc.). We ask you to provide some detailed photos of the product so that we can facilitate your return and ensure a smooth return.
Once the product you are returning is received in full, your return will be processed and your payment made up to that point will be refunded within 1 week. The whole return process will be completed within 10-15 days on average and your payment will be refunded.
