Cord upholstered bench

I have an upholstered bench from normod . Everything is chic, but unfortunately the foam on the seat is too soft. Constant use of the seat would cause it to deform. As I usually only use it as a shelf, it is sufficient. It would be unsuitable as a seat, as I said, too soft.

We chose the version with the firm upholstery - very comfortable, don't worry. You sit and lie on it really well, perfect for long evenings. The only small drawback was that two connecting pieces were damaged on delivery. But: I got a replacement in the store on the same day and the parts were replaced in no time at all. Top service! Overall: Highly recommended - the design, comfort and customer service are just right.

Completely satisfied with the sofa bed (fabric)

I really like my Losa sofa bed. The delivery took a few weeks as stated. Two men carried four parcels in. I was able to assemble the sofa with my husband without any problems. Two men carried four parcels in. I was able to assemble the sofa with my husband without any problems. The color and fabric are as expected. There is a child in the household, so far we've been able to clean up any spills with a damp cloth. The sofa is also very comfortable. I will probably order a corner piece to go with the sofa later this year.

Great sofa in itself, nice design, comfortable seats, but unfortunately the back cushions don't keep their shape. Every day the cushion has to be taken out of the cover and put back into shape because the filling slides down. It cannot be restored in the cover. When we asked whether there might be filling missing in the pillows, the answer from customer service was that this was intentional, otherwise it wouldn't be soft and comfortable! We find it very tedious to make up the couch every day.

Yes, what can I say, a dream. Everything works like clockwork and, as promised, we help you quickly, competently and in a very friendly manner if something unfortunately has to be returned. I contacted customer service and was immediately and retroactively given a 12% discount on my order. That was €270, so it was really worth it. I also received personal and uncomplicated help with a closure problem. So far (it's only been a few weeks), the beautiful sofa has met my expectations perfectly.

Meets my taste and requirements

The sofa fits in wonderfully with the style of my living room. It is comfortable (not too soft) and sturdy. The customer service is excellent.
