You can return all Normod products free of charge and without questions within 30 days of receipt. What you should note:

  • You must initiate the cancellation and return procedure by filling in the cancellation/return form filling in the form.
  • Do not throw away the packaging of your goods, we accept returns in the original packaging.
  • You should not return the goods using a courier service other than the one contracted by Normod .

My products have not arrived yet, I would like to cancel. What do I have to do?

You can request cancellation via this form request. If the courier did not go to your home to deliver the product, you do not need to do anything else. The fee will be refunded to you within 1 week of completing the form. If the freight courier is on his way to your home to deliver the item, you are involved in the return, not the cancellation.

I would like to return my product. What is the procedure?

The courier must receive the Normod return in the original packaging. You must hand the product you wish to return to the courier undamaged in the package we send you.

When will my fees be refunded?

Your return will be made as soon as we receive the goods in full, the return authorisation will be issued within 1 day of the arrival of the goods and the return order will be sent to your bank. Refund of payment made by credit card will be made within 1 week, refund of payment made by money order will be made within 2 business days without interruption. The entire refund process is completed within an average of 10-15 days and your payment is refunded.

It has been more than 30 days since I received the product. Can I still return it?

Although the legal period for free returns is 14 days, we have extended this period to 30 days because we care about the perfect customer experience.
