30 Days Return Policy
We accept all return requests free of charge for up to 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Tool-Free Assembly
You can assemble the products from Normod in only 15 minutes and without tools. All our modules come with assembly instructions. We recommend assembling our furniture with two people to allow safe and easy lifting of each component. You can find detailed assembly information here.

In the middle of the cushion is a high-quality 35 DNA HR foam with a thickness of 15 cm, which offers a high level of comfort. Back Cushion The back cushion has a cotton lining on both sides and contains a mixture of visco foam and microfiber. In the middle of the cushion is a 5 cm thick 24 DNA feather foam, which helps to maintain the shape of the cushion. Frame The frame is made of poplar and beech plywood and its durability is enhanced by metal support profiles. Legs The wooden legs under the armrests are made of solid beech wood. Note: Our products are designed for comfort. Due to the use of high quality fibers and premium elastic foams, seams may not appear stiff and straight. -
Cleaning and maintenance
You can use white soap and cotton cloths to clean the surface without leaving it wet. You can remove all covers and clean by hand. In addition, we recommend dry cleaning only for general maintenance.
The fabric is not suitable for ironing due to its structure. We recommend using a vacuum cleaner with a brushless nozzle once a month (weekly for pet owners) to remove dust and prevent it from settling between the fabric fibers and causing odors. It is also advisable to regularly pat the back cushions by hand to restore their shape.

The assembly of Carle, as with every Normod product, is tool-free. All you need for assembly are instructional videos and a friend to help you through the process!
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@normod.de. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and rectify the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If so, your refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
