30 Days Return Policy
We accept all return requests free of charge for up to 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are returned undamaged and in their original packaging. We ask that returns be shipped in the same packaging to ensure they are protected during shipping. Full details of our returns and cancellation policy can be found here.
Tool-Free Assembly
You can assemble the products from Normod in only 15 minutes and without tools. All our modules come with assembly instructions. We recommend assembling our furniture with two people to allow safe and easy lifting of each component. You can find detailed assembly information here.

Fabric The velvet textured fabric is made of 100% polyester. Due to slight deviations in colour representation on different computer monitors, screens and browsers, we recommend that our customers to order a free fabric sample online. The high-density foam core ensures durability and the fibre cover provides consistent soft, resilient comfort for many years. Seat softness The sofa's steel S-spring system increases the durability and comfort of the seating furniture, which lasts for years! Back Cushion Our durable back cushions provide soft, long-lasting comfort as they are made from a 50:50 blend of silicone beads and foam. Frame Each sofa module is built on a solid beech wood frame. A light metal S-spring system supports the seat cushions and the parts are joined together with steel connectors. Legs The legs are made of solid beech Note: Comfort is at the forefront of our designs. By using high-density, flexible HR premium foam, we can avoid seams that run in rigid straight lines. -
Care and Cleaning
Fabric Wipe the sofa fabric with a clean, damp cloth. The covers of the back and seat cushions should be removed and cleaned by hand. Iron the covers only when they are still slightly damp. We recommend vacuuming the covers once a month (once a week for pet owners) to remove dust and dirt that may have settled in the fabric and to prevent odours. Seat and Back Cushions Regularly shake up the seat and back cushions by hand to restore their shape. Turn and flip them at least once a month to minimise wear and distribute the seating pressure optimally across all cushions.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@normod.de. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and rectify the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If so, your refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
