30 Days Return Policy
We accept all return requests free of charge for up to 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are returned undamaged and in their original packaging. You can assemble the products from Normod in only 15 minutes and without tools. All our modules come with assembly instructions. We recommend assembling our furniture with two people to allow safe and easy lifting of each component. You can find detailed assembly information here.

Care and Cleaning
Fabric Wipe the sofa fabric with a clean, damp cloth. We recommend vacuuming the covers once a month (once a week for pet owners) to remove dust and dirt that may have settled in the fabric and to prevent odors. Armrests Clean with mild soap and a damp cloth. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents and do not leave the surface permanently damp.
